Physiotherpist taught Pilates is an excellent choice of exercise for people wishing to:

We offer pilates matwork and small equipment classes at Chichester Racquets and Fitness Club, Boxgrove Village Hall and Tangmere Village Centre.
All of our classes are taught by experienced Chartered Physiotherapists, which means we are experienced in adapting our exercises to accommodate a wide range of issues and help our clients get the most out of pilates. Our classes are kept small with a maximum of 12 participants, to allow us to give our clients the attention they need.
Individual assessment / induction , or attendance at one of our free taster / induction sessions is required before booking in to a class. No previous Pilates experience is necessary.

1:1 and 1:2 pilates sessions with our Chartered Physiotherpists are available at our Chichester clinic. Programmes are tailor made to suit your requirements, using matwork and small equipment and or the pilates reformer.
